Creating safe space for inner conversation and finding the courage within yourself to move forward is key to facing transition. Distinct from training and consulting, coaching helps you believe you have the answers inside yourself and gives you permission to dig until you find them.

As your coach, I will help you find your safe space to explore, accompany you into it, and support you in creating new habits and tools to make the transition and achieve new personal and professional goals.

My energy is grounded in wholehearted living. Conversations occur in a judgment-free zone that we create to help the transition happen.

  • Service on more than 25 Boards
    • Co-chaired capital campaign for an economic development organization that raised $3.4M against an objective of $2.6M
    • Engaged with community non-profit organizations championing Economic Development, Education, Youth, Aging, Health, Social Services, Business Issues and Autistic Children
  • After early retirement in 2007, recruited to serve as
    • President and CEO, Main Line Chamber of Commerce, Wayne, PA
      • Orchestrated financial turnaround from loss of $176,000 in 2007 to a surplus of $88,000 in 2009
      • Revitalized profitable events and established the Society of Professional Women
    • Program Manager, Hire One, Exton, PA
      • Facilitated private/public partnership resulting in retooling white-collar workers and getting them back to work
