We are R. Stanley and Kathleen Gibbons Schuck

5 Decades In is a learning organization focused on individual growth for people in transition. It is how we have chosen to live “in service” to the world. The 5 Decades In name reflects the reality that each of us has been alive for more than fifty years.

“When we are in a threshold time, what we decide to do determines what comes next.”

Jean Shinoda Bolen

meAnimator & Founder

What has to happen for you to move from where you are to where you want to be?

When will you take the next step?

Creating safe space for inner conversation and finding the courage within yourself to move forward is key to facing transition. Distinct from training and consulting, coaching helps you believe you have the answers inside yourself and gives you permission to dig until you find them.

As your coach, I will help you find your safe space to explore, accompany you into it, and support you in creating new habits and tools to make the transition and achieve new personal and professional goals.

My energy is grounded in wholehearted living. Conversations occur in a judgment-free zone that we create to help the transition happen.
